Our Guest speaker Bill Simpson from the Salvation Army Illawarra Commmunity Welfare Centre. He is also (Director of the Red Shield Appeal for the region and media spokesman for the Salvation Army). Bill gave a talk on the workings of the Salvation Army and how they provide help for the people of the Illawarra. Help comes in many ways, whether it be Food, Clothes, Furniture or Counselling.  There is always a helping hand from the Salvation Army.  The talk was very interesting and had all the members attention.   Lion David Kirkman presented the Guest Speaker with a Certificate of Appreciation for his most interesting and knowlegable talk
