This Project is specially desined for empowerment of rural women.

Background:-

Our locality was a very rich source of handloom workers.The female members of the family was engaged with various kind of handloom related works,in order to support their family. Now the day is no more. The handloom industry is under resassion. Those poor women are still alive, they want badly to support their family,but they do not find any way to do this. This is the main reason why we take the programme in our locality.

The Course:-

The course will be 3 months duration for each batch. A sound technical concern Monalisha Kantha Stich is also attach to this entire programme. They provide all the essential materials, training protocol and the Trainners for this programme.

Women can learn this technique of traditional Kantha Stich 2 days in a week ( Saturday & Sunday).

After completing learning they will appear an examination. After that the relevant certificate will be issued.

Project Cost:-

      Stich Materials:- Rs-500.00 approx(Per Person)

      Accomodation Charge:- Rs 2000.00 (Per Month)

     Administrative Charges:- Rs 5000.00( Per Batch with 50 Nos of Trainee)

     Remuneration for Training:- Rs 15000.00 ( Per Batch)

Possible Out Come:-

  After completing the course and also getting the certificate, they may submitt it to a local Bank and they get them financial assistane with a certain subsidary amount.(as per Banking regulation).

They may have sell their own product in to local market, we will assist them.

They also get benifit to sell their product through Online Store.with www.monalisha.co.in and also an upcomming full featured Online store www.egee.in 

They may supply their product to depertmental store.
