Our Sight First project is led by IPDG Lion Hudson Hah for Sight First on the World Sight Day and thanks to Lion Hudson Hah being a true lion with a lion's heart helped a man who walked into his office seeking for help for eye cataract operation.

Lion Hudson Hah recommended Mr. Chin to Lions Eye Clinic in Petaling Jaya for a Eye Cataract operation on his right eyes.

This is a good feeling for helping a man to see his vision again. Our President Lion Norman Lee is pleased that our Club supported this project even though it is a last minute decision.  Together each can achieve more work (Teamwork). 

As suggested by Lion Hudson Hah, our President Lion Norman Lee and on behalf of the Club contributed RM200 to Mr. Chin because he is single, live in a rental house, a daily work laborer and has a younger brother to take care of.

This contribution being financial assistance for his travelling and incidental expenses to and fro to Lions Eye Bank in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and also for post-operation follow-ups.  Although the amount is not much but he felt so touched, grateful, and almost in tears and thanks Lions Club of Ipoh Bougainvillaea City being so helpful.
