The Fenelon Falls and District Lions Club was chartered on June 28, 1974. We have been serving the community ever since. This is our 41th anniversary year.
Here are some of the things that we do within our community. You will find us manning the donation kettle for the Salvation Army every Christmas. Through our annual Skate-a-thon, we provide fundraising opportunities for youth in our community. We provide bursaries and awards for graduating students of the two elementary schools and one high school in our area. We also give financial support to Amy's and the Ross Memorial Hospital. We help people with special needs and other of our nieghbours in trouble through our People in Distress fund. The Lions sponsor and support the 1st Fenelon Falls Scout Group consisting of Beavers, Cubs and Scouts. We conduct vision and hearing screening in the public schools.
