Fairbanks Host Lions Club

Fairbanks Host Lions Club meets at Miguel's Restaurant 1235 Airport Way every Wednesday at Noon.  You are invited to join us as our guest for lunch.

Then you can meet us and find out more about how we serve the community and have fun doing it.

There is a deep satisfaction that comes from supporting local non-profits who help the less fortunate and the underprivileged.

There is also the comradeship from working  towards goals that no individual could achieve, like eliminating preventable blindness and recycling eye-glasses throughout the world.

We would like to share our mission and our good times with you.

These are some of the projects and functions we support .

 The Fairbanks Host Lions supports the District 49B  International Youth Camp, the Aurora Borealis Eyeglass Recycling & Vision Center and other vision related programs.  We also support youth programs such as: Boys &  Girls Club of the Tanana Valley, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Youth Boxing, Dance Theater Fairbanks, Country Meadows  4-H, Northland Youth Choir and others. We support community development and enrichment programs such as:  Tanana Valley Sportsman Association, Relay for Life, Yukon Quest, Rescue Mission, Food Bank and UAF  Athletic Scholarships.
