South Edmonton Lions Club Actively Support:

 

Mustard Seed Church.

We support The Mustard Seed Church by sending a dozen members to prepare and serve supper for upward of 300 people four or five times a year, along with a cash donation to cover food and other basic services for the city's disadvantaged.

CAMTA (Canadian Medical Teams Abroad)

For a number of years South Edmonton Lions Club have contributed money to help fund a health care practitioner on an orthopedic surgery trip to Ecuador.  CAMTA , an Edmonton based group, also provides "continuing education on detection and treatment practices for local personnel" in the communities they visit.

E4C is an umbrella group that, amongst other things, provides hot lunches and healthy snacks to children in 14 - 21 schools in Edmonton.  Through our donation, they address "the condition that limit a person's ability to fully participate in community."
