Re Book fair.
On Saturday May 11th, from 9:00 to 12:00 we will be collecting books for the book fair to be held in October., For one Saturday only books can be dropped off at The Maison des Citoyens, 202 Henri Dunant. . This is for the convenience of people wanting to donate books, but who are unable to do it during the week,.
Garage Sale.
There will be a garage sale on the 18th of May 2024, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. at the Lions club . at 111-13th ave Tables can be rented at $ 20.00 . For reservations please call Samantha at 514-755-1441.
We will serve our famous Hot Dogs, Fries, and there will be a bake table with scrumptious goodies baked by the members.s. There will be no books for sale at this arage sale, as the bookfair is scheduled for October 5 and 6th at the Veterans Hall. ( see information below)
Please come out and support your Lions club, so that we can continue to serve your community.
The Deux-Montagnes Lions club 20TH annual giant book fair. 2024 edition
The date has been set and our sale this year will be held on Saturday October 5- and Sunday Ocrober 6. for the general public, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
On Friday October 4 the sale will be open from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, for people with reduced mobility i.e. users of wheelchairs,walkers, canes .etc. Caretakers with children in strollers will also be able to shop on this day.
Book donations are very welcome, and books can be dropped of at Maison des Citoyens, 202 Henri Dunant in Deux Montagnes Monday, wednesday and Friday mornings from 9:00 to 11:30. All books in good condition are very welcome, ( we do not accept encyclopedias, and national geographic magazines)

We have wheelchairs, canes, crutches, walkers and other equipment that we loan out at no cost for use in the community.

New members are always welcome and if you would like to serve your community, and learn more about how we operate and work together, you are welcome to attend one of our meetings. Fees are very reasonable and affordable to all. Just call any one of the Lion members and let them know that you are interested to learn more about Lionism.
