 President of Country Club Lions Club, Harvey Bandy said this club  has made the most of what we have had available to provide support in the communities of North Highlands, Foothill Farms, Carmichael, North Sacramento, Natomas, parts of the  Arden Area and around the world.                                                                

                                                       We are the:                                                              "COUNTRY CLUB LIONS CLUB FOUNDATION"

We have partnered with Sacramento County Child Protective Services (North Division),The Twin Rivers School District School Nurses to provide eye glasses and eye surgery if needed for the youth, We have signed-up with Medic Alert under Lions Club International partnership to provide the Medic Alert braclet and their service for children 4 years old to 14 years old for services at $100.00 per child. To provide for the needs of the North Highlands Community we have partnered with LOVE ACTIONS Inc. Supporting Youth programs, Homeless programs, Feeding programs, Clothing programs and Mental Health programs.

Country Club was charted on June 13, 1963 sponsored by Arden Lions Club.

We are honored to have had five (5) District Governors as members.

District Governor George Lenhart (1981-1982) (Current Director)

District Governor Jack Spitzer (1987-1988) (Deceased) 

Past District Governor Walt Flanders  (1993-1994) (Deceased)

The club history would make a great reading book on how to run a club. We have with stood hard times, but always stayed strong to provide leadership, support and funding for the community and throughout the world with the great members we have in this club. Our members help make District MD4-C5 stronger.

We are always looking for NEW MEMBERS. As a Lion, you will make life better for others while enriching your own life in the process. As a Lion, YOU can make a difference.
