Cokato-Dassel Lions Sportsman’s Raffle

1.Limit of 500 tickets to be sold , Numbering from 001-500.

2.One ticket per $20.00 donation.

3.Last day to purchase ticket is Sept.29 2015.

4.These are new factory made firearms.

5.By obtaining a raffle ticket you attest that you are a law abiding citizen of good

moral character, may legally possess the firearm won, have intention of using the

firearm only in a legal and safe manner, and will or have already obtained instruction

on the safe use and operation of the firearm won.

6.Drawing will be done on Sept. 19 at 7pm at the The Red Goat.

To protect the winners identity, only wining numbers will be posted.

7.Proceeds of the raffle will benefit the Cokato Lions Club future projects in the

Cokato- Dassel area. Cokato Lions is a non-profit organization.

8.You must be 18 years of age and be a legal resident of the U.S. to purchase a ticket.

9.Firearms are not transferrable and persons name on ticket must claim the prize.

10.All firearms must be claimed and transfer completed within 90 days of drawing.

11.All Federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms BATF apply.

12.Winning tickets have option to take Gift Card equal in value to the firearm prize.

13.All firearms will be transferred through Scheels of St. Cloud Mn, a Licensed firearm dealer.

14.Winners will be responsible for any applicable federal, state or local taxes.

15.In the event winners need or wish to have the firearms won transferred to their

local FFL dealer closer to there residence, shipping and any other additional cost

involved with the transfer will be the responsibility of the winner and arrangements must be made directly with Scheels of St. Cloud.

16. At no time will the Cokato Lions take possession of any firearm involved in this

raffle. Winners will receive firearms directly from Scheels of St. Cloud. all applicable laws will apply.

17.Cokato Lions limits any and all liability to the purchase price of the ticket purchased.

18.If all tickets are not sold, there will be a firearm given away for every 15 tickets sold.
