Clevedon Lions Club - Membership

Clevedon Lions Club currently has a membership of 26. We would love to have more members or even helpers/supporters.

We meet once a month (third Monday each month) at St Andrews Hall, Clevedon BS21 7UF. We also have additional meetings for the Fundraising and Welfare committees.

Lions BRIMAR Classic Vehicle Event

Clevedon Lions have taken over the Brimar Classic Vehicle Event. Established over 10 years ago this successful event will take place on a Sunday in late April annually. Vehilces are on display at the start location before seting off for a run through the countrysde and again at the finish.

Santa Float

One of the high points of the year is where Clevedon Lions Club members escort Santa around the town watching as kids and adults alike cheer him on his way!!!  A bucket collection helps support our local charities.

Tree of Light

Clevedon Lions organise the annual TREE OF LIGHT at the Baptist Church in Queens Square. members of the Public will be able to write and leave messages for loved ones on the Christmas Tree.

DREAM SCHEME

We allocated proceeds from our Christmas Collections to various local organisations who apply for funding to complete a project - we try to make their Dream Come True!! and help the local community.

Mini Roller Coaster

Clevedon Lions has a childrens mini roller coaster which it loans out to local schools and clubs for their own fund raising events. Takings are normally shared with the Club to cover maintenance and operating costs.

Partially Sighted Club

Clevedon Lions Club organises a monthly partially sighted get together social event at the Hawthorns with transport, drinks and light entertainment provided.

Lions Brass 4 Youth

Clevedon Farmers Market Bacon Butty Stall

Every 4th Saturday - meet us at out stall in Queens Square - support the Lions with a cup of tea/coffee and a bacon butty.
