The Cameron Lions Club is nestled down on the Gulf of Mexico in southwestern Louisiana. We were chartered on October 25, 1944. We are Cameron Parishes oldest non-profit civic organization. Currently we have 30 active members and we  always welcome new members.

Our Club funds projects for the betterment of our parish, such as:

• Eye exams and glasses for those who need help acquiring them;

• Louisiana Lions Crippled Childrens Camp in Leesville for Visually Handicapped & Multihandicapped;

• Louisiana Lions Eye Foundation;

• Cameron Lions Club Scholarship Program;

Our annual Fishing Festival is held every August, with the proceeds funding these activities. Please come out and enjoy the festival and help those who need a helping hand.

Our meetings start at 12:15 pm and  yes, they are lunch meetings.

DIRECTIONS: Our meetings are held in the new Cameron Firestation on 449 Marshall Street in downtown Cameron.
