Warm Winter Clothing Required

The recent bitterly cold weather has highlighted the importance of our Coat Drive.  Although we say coat drive gently used coats, jackets, sweaters, scarves, gloves, hats, shawls are being accepted.  If it can keep someone warm, and you are not using it, please drop it off at Lion Astrid's Office - 1104 Rutland Road.

ACHIEVED

Santa and Mrs. Claus are back at the North Pole after having visited with Brooklyn Metropolis and entertaining approximately 150 children and their parents at a Winter Wonderland Affair on December 22.  The Claus'  left behind an additional 100 or so gifts which were donated to children in homeless shelters.  Mr. and Mrs. Claus were ably assisted by Lion Karen and a team of hardworking elves.
