If you are a returning Vendor, we would like to thank you for your contribution to the success of our past Italian Days and hope that you will continue your participation in this year’s event. We will still have live entertainment, food and community sponsored booths. THE EVENT DATE AND TIME: Date: Saturday, September 9, 2023 Set Up Time: All set up must be done prior to 11 AM the day of the festival APPLICATION PROCESS AND FEES: Space fee: - Food Vendors $150 for each 10 x 20 space Space fee: - Non Food Vendors $30 Canopies and tents are permissible. You must supply your own tables, chairs and canopies. No refunds will be given due to rain, cancellation for any reason on your part once you have been accepted or damaged merchandise due to weather. Once spaces have been assigned, no changes will be permitted. All displays will remain open during the entire length of the show hours. A submitted application implies agreement with vendor conditions as described. NOTIFICATIONS YOU CAN EXPECT: Board approval of your submitted application: Bristol Lions will send an email to Vendors who do not meet the Festival’s criteria as soon as possible and fees will be returned.
