Welcome to the Beverly Hills, MI Lion’s Club. We are part of District 11 A2, Region II, Zone 2.
Beverly Hills Lions begin another year of Charity and Community Service
The Lions Motto: "We Serve"
As we begin another busy year of community service, we would like to thank all those who contributed to making the first 40+ years such a success. As we look to the future, we realize there is still much to do and much to be excited about. We hope you will join us in our work and our fellowship.
The Lions conduct fund raising programs in support of charitable programs wherever needs exist. In 1925, Helen Keller addressed the Lions Club International Association Annual Convention, challenging the lions to become "Knights of the Blind to crusade against darkness." Since then, Lions Clubs have focused their efforts on service to the blind and visually impaired.
The Lions Club International was founded in 1917 and has grown to be the largest service club organization in the world with over 1.3 million members in more than 46,000 clubs in more than 200 countries.
Lions Toast: "Not above you, Not beneath you, But with you."
Our club was originally chartered on April 14, 1972. Thirty men joined together as Charter Members.
