We are a small group of Service minded volunteers belonging to a new type of Lions Club here in the British Islands, which due to it's members "unique and individual home locations", are able to support Lion's events for the entire breadth of the North Wales Coast Line, and then into Cheshire and beyond.

These supported events generate the funding required to provide local communities with additional essential services, such as from providing free prostate cancer screening sessions locally and annually (Flint), to the provision of Hospital "Get you In" packs (basic toiletry and sanitary pack for short notice admissions (Wrexham Maelor)).  The list is endless.

Formed in Apr 2018, the Charter originally belonged to The Little Orme Lions Club, but was resurrected and re-named by the Club's current Founding Member.  Although we are a most solid nucleus of 4 regulars, we would always most openly welcome any new Members - Please do message if you are interested.  You do not even necessarily need to live in North Wales to be a member of our Club either.  You can be anywhere on the Planet's surface and be a member of our Club, providing Service in your own areas.

Our meetings are usually held on-line, yet we are also a physical Club, usually assisting the more Traditional Lions Clubs with supplying personnel towards running their already time tested and established events.  We are also looking at ways we can actually raise funds for ourselves, but one step at a time - We are only just over 1 year young after all!

We consider ourselves to be a most versatile and flexible Club, recently also hosting the transition of 3 Members from one Lions Club to another, after they decided that they wished to take their volunteering in a different direction to the Club they were previously in, but without breaking their already long established record of Service.  They have  recently just gone on to resurrect the Charter of Llanwrst (now re-named Conwy Valley & District Lions Club, with a membership increase from 3 to 8 as at Jul 2019), and we are most pleased to have been able to have facilitated this, both for them, our served communities, and also Lions Clubs International, with Membership Retention, Recruitment and Club Re-creation accordingly.

Lions Clubs International is the world's largest service club organization with more than 1.4 million members in approximately 46,000 clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical areas around the world.
