Lions Cakes
Providing large cakes to Sheltered Housing units across the City to encourage them to put on an afternoon party for their residents.
Used Spectacle Recycling
We have linked up with many opticians across the City to recycle unwanted spectacles for use in the 3rd World.
Gordon Highlanders Museum
We are in the process of purchasing ceramic poppies from the Tower of London WWI display, to be donated to the Gordon Highlanders in recognition of their service in WWI.
Bethany Christmas Trees
Each December we assist homeless charity Bethany Christian Trust with their charity Xmas tree distribution.
Inter-cultural events
We provide logistical support and have a stall at both the ‘Eid in the Garden’ and ‘One World Day’ events in Aberdeen.
Lions School Voluntary Service Award
Each year we offer senior schools across the City a certificate and book token to be presented at their annual Prize Giving to a student who has done outstanding voluntary service for others.
