Grandview, Texas is conveniently located just 35 miles southwest of Fort Worth on I-35W and is at the junction of U.S. Highway 81 and Farm to Market Road 916 in Johnson County. Cleburne serves as the county seat. Our Club was chartered on September 28, 1995 and we were sponsored by the Alvarado Lions Club. The Grandview Lions Club is very active and we are growing.
Grandview is a great place to call home and has that small town feel. We are known for being family oriented and our local leaders and residents are known for being community minded individuals. Our school district is the pride of Grandview. Go Zebras! Grandview's proximity to the D/FW Metroplex provides us the opportunity to network with other local Clubs.
The officers and members of our Lion’s Club strive to network within our community in order to strengthen our impact by joining forces with other benevolent groups, local businesses and churches including many private entities. Our collective belief is that by working in tandem with others, both locally and globally; will multiply and increase our effectiveness to bring unparalleled services of the Lion’s Club International to our community. We invite you to join us on our meeting days and to participate in our activities to help us continue the legacy of the Lion’s Club International by improving the lives of those less fortunate and to make our local and world communities a better place to live.
Our Club is comprised of a diverse group of people who enjoy coming together for a common goal of working to help others and for spreading goodwill. Visit the Link for Club Projects to learn more about the activities we coordinate and/or are involved in.
Lions are an international network of 1.3 million men and women in 205 countries and geographic areas who work together to answer the needs that challenge communities around the world.
