The Alexander Lions Club was Chartered in 1971 in Albany, Ohio with 78 Chartered members.  We are made up of Men & Women who want to make a difference in our community & help people who are less fortunate.

This is how we help the community:

We collect & recycle used eyeglasses & turn them into our District Eye Chair.

Help with vision screenings.

Pay for exam & eyeglasses for those who can't afford them.

We help local families in need.

We provide scholarships to graduating seniors at Alexander H.S.

We sponsor our LEO Club.

We take our Food Trailer to the Athens County Fair & Albany Independent Fair. These 2 fairs are our Major fundraisers to support the other projects thoughout the year.
